nishaNisha discovered the effectiveness of The Bowen Technique first hand when treatment she was receiving in 2006 resolved conditions which had previously been diagnosed as chronic. This intrigued her and led her to train in the technique herself.
Since training, Nisha has developed a busy Clinic based in St Albans. Her thirst for knowledge and enthusiasm has taken her in two complementary directions. First, she continues to expand her knowledge in anatomy, the effects of the Bowen Technique and the human form. She continues to further her knowledge through CPD (Continuing Professional Development). She has also completed Advanced Bowen - Sports Injuries (including zinc oxide taping) level 1.I since qualifying, I have attended workshops in:Emmett Technique Level 1&2.

Nisha loves to learn about different techniques and update myself, learning process will continue with different techniques.Nisha works with people of all ages, including babies and young children. To complement her work with children, she has enrolled herself with The Institute for Arts in Therapy and Education (IATE) working on a Certificate in Emotional Literacy for Children. Her interest in both the physical well being of people and the tangible link to mental and emotional well being, make her approach to therapeutic body work truly holistic and integrated. She is also enrolled for Therapeutic Care for all incidents. To help and spread her work Nisha is also registered with Red Cross charity organisation.
